The training conducted by Jimmy was fantastic. Very interesting and informative. I enjoyed the training thoroughly. It was fun and easy to understand and follow. Jimmy engages all the participants in the practicals and he makes us enjoy every bit of the training buy making it fun.
We need more people like Jimmy to conduct our training.

Connor is the best trainer i have ever had in all my 31 years in Nursing! He makes the training really interesting. Organising staff to attend mandatory training is a daunting task as they feel the training sessions are long laborious and boring but since Connor came on board to provide training for us, staff can’t wait to attend his training sessions. He has shown us new ways to work safer, efficiently and smarter. When the session came to an end, staff remained seated and could have gone on for much longer because he made the learning easier and enjoyable. I cannot recommend him high enough!

Had a fire training course today at Highwood care home in north Devon with the lovely Lucie Farmer. She was very good with the training, made us all feel comfortable and even had a laugh along the way.
Was excellent at answering any questions we threw at her and knows her stuff. Will definitely be looking out for fire hazards and feel confident in using the fire extinguishers ( which she also made great fun )

Lucie came to us for manual handling, first aid and fire marshall training. She was absolutely fantastic. Went into great depth and made sure the training was enjoyable and fun which I personally think is the best way to learn.

The session was very informative and well-paced.Excellent, clear and engaging speaker. It was very interactive so we got lots of practice. Lucy was very knowledgeable about the different equipments and the whole aspect of care. It was very easy to understand.It was very good to have a trainer who is so experience with moving and handling techniques.
