Misinformed me in regards to a legal aid application. Although I was absolutely entitled to legal aid they charged me £90 for assistance and refused to comply with my SAR request.

They then refused to transfer over my files unless I paid a fee that I wasn’t aware of as I believed legal aid had covered this.

Kevin Lancaster then sent passive aggressive emails.

Reported to the law society. Wouldn’t recommend.

The solicitor in question simply lied against me in court stating my partner owned the house , I owned 55% of it ( the locus ) asking me to give keys back to a jointly owned house what a joke !

He shouldn’t be working as a so-called solicitor - imbecile !
I also emailed about a defamation case ( which is in regards to laughable case ) and they don’t get back in touch - avoid at all costs .

That kind of behaviour is simply unacceptable from a solicitor .
