On four separate occasions myself and my kids have waited for buses from this company and they don't turn up. Not only are they just late we waited 30 to 45 minutes after the scheduled times and they just don't arrive. This is Motherwell to Bellshill route between 4pm and 6pm. Called the company to complain they weren't interested just got attitude. Would give them zero stars one is too many. They need shutting down hopeless service.

Teaching bikeability in Lenzie on 28/1/25 at 1020 and bus driver (ginger hair, in his 50-60s and a bit overweight) drove onto child’s side of road into her path leaving only 5 ft between bus and pavement so he could pass a parked car. Not only dangerous and impatient but an illegal manoeuvre putting a child in hivis vest in danger. Spoke to driver who thought the child had plenty of space.
This driver needs sacked if this is his level of experience, training and expertise.

Arrived at bus stop in Kirkintilloch at 16.12 for 16.32 178 to Moodiesburn today.My wife picked me up at 17.05 as they hadn't arrived. These companies are getting away with fraud as the government subsidises them very well and it's time they were held to task.

Bus 72 is a lot more reliable now, the only times it's late is if it is stuck in traffic or roadworks. Driver's are always friendly

Spoke to a woman this afternoon who was looking for the office for these guys. Apparently based in with Curle & Co in Kilsyth, she wasn't able to locate the address and nobody answered the phone so she could make a complaint - she said the bis came over the brow of a blind summit on her side of the road this morning (at Auchinloch across from Cats protection) which meant she had to take evasive action and in doing so mounted the kerb. There were 2 babies in the back of the car at the time.

I always get the number 72 bus from Asda Robroyston and one of the drivers think his name is Jim he is the rudest man I have ever came across he is not helpful rude and cheeky he is really in the wrong job

Must be the worst experience of my life today with probably the worst company that is allowed to provide a public transport service. No 72 bus drove past the bus stop the 178 was stopped on Kirkie high street opposite farmroods. Went about 50 metres down the road and was stopped due to the traffic lights. When asked to get on the bus as had missed the bus stop was given a smirk and a shake of his head. Driver should not be allowed to drive a psv if he has no idea about what public service means. And his company allows this sort of behaviour from it's drivers
