Took my sssts test here over the last few days and would just like to say the trainer (Ryan) was excellent.. we all know these courses can be boring but he made it a hell of a lot better

Not overly impressed with the training so far. Helpfully I need to question. Like it's just a wage and need to move on to the less problem trainee.

As a previous employee, I can only confirm the time I was at the company. There was a high turnover of employees with a toxic culture of getting the job done what whatever means necessary. One of the directors loves to shout at junior employees who can't shout back. Clients complaining about the standard of training given by the company, Is nothing new.
