The team takes the hassle out of finding new talent, and their approach and initial review, not only save me a huge amount of time, but are a new and fresh approach. I appreciate the video presentation they use, as it makes the review poresses much easier. Additionally, the information they provide regarding the conversations they have with candidates and their feedback about why a candidate might not be applying for the role was also crucial for us.
