Really pleased with the service. I wasn't looking for anything new, but HM found a very interesting role for me and I went for it. I’m unsure how I came across Hutcheon Mearns and their wonderful Morgan but they outstanded by far other agencies I worked with while looking for a new job.

Morgan was always encouraging, would get across as much info as possible about a role, she sent short helpful and specific to the role notes on how to prepare for the upcoming interview.
I’m conscious that recruiters will send out to candidates jobs that they get/work on but somehow, unlike other recruiters,
Morgan carefully filtered the jobs and she only forwarded to me jobs that closely matched my preferences. This in itself was very encouraging!

Morgan transpired contagious confidence and calmness whenever I was in contact with her, always listening and willing to share her views about specific roles, always willing to help and so the process of finding a new job was somewhat easier alongside Morgan.

It so happens that I’m not a native English speaker and so my English is not perfect but this vulnerability of mine acted as a magnifier glass that revealed Morgan’s ability to see me through this barrier. She was always supportive and I never felt that she put me on less worthy jobs. I just felt that Morgan is genuinely trying to find a perfect role for me and that she is doing her work with curiosity and passion.

Looking for a job can be a stressful process and having someone supportive working with you in finding your new role it makes such a big difference!
