Today, I nearly had a serious accident due to a reckless driver who went through a red light causing me to make an emergency brake with the bus narrowly missing my car which is simply unnacceptable for any driver of any public service vehicle.

Not content with that, after i reversed my car uphil to allow the bus to get across the junction without colliding with my car, the driver made a wanker sign at me which tells you all you need to know about this individual's attitude.

So much for their claims to 'provide a first class coach hire service, operated by professional, well trained people, who are committed to delivering a safe and customer centred service'

Absolutely a waste of space terrible attitude when answering the phone as well, then take 6 days to get back to you via email and all it says in the reply N/A nothing else STAY WELL CLRAR OF THIS COMPANY.

Bus driver was gambling on his phone while driving in the highway with 30+ kids. Yes gambling! Was swerving over the road. Completely unacceptable behaviour. Driver should be sacked. Have notified management but not taking it that seriously.
