Terrible experience with Anderson Strathern. After buying a flat, a leaking pipe caused severe damage to both my flat and the one below. Despite assurances, the issue remains unresolved. Their response is shocking—they ignore calls and neglect critical problems. To make matters worse, they failed to mention that the flat contains asbestos on the ceilings in every room, a serious health hazard. Avoid Anderson Strathern if you're looking for honest professionals.
