Avoid using these crooks!
After weeks upon request of documents and numerous phone calls, still waiting for a response. Received a email but missing attachment. This is literally the least effective and efficient company, I have had dealing with. All excuses under the sun to avoid doing their jobs or supporting those trying to resolve cases e.g. IT problems, database problems.
AVOID! If dealing with this company, I would be requesting evidence in writing and be persistent as they seem a liability even with the claimant or client chasing them up several times a day.

So unhelpful and rude.
I received letter from them in that letter said if I have any questions phone them, whe I did so once without answering hanged up and staff so rude probel racist.
