Used one of their buses yesterday and after using bus services all over Scotland this was one of the worst experiences I have encountered. The driver themselves was not very friendly and was actually vaping whilst driving. Their actual driving was also terrible at times. Their speed was in question especially with speed bumps. There was no attemps to miss them but instead went over them at speed, every time my actual bottom left the seat. Between the vaping and the speed bumps, Im surprised I didnt leave the bus with sickness on the floor

Stuarts coaches helped me a great deal in organising a charity event for 51 people. We travelled from Glasgow to Milton Keynes and back. Their driver, Mr John Cunningham was a fantastic character. All members are grateful on how patient, courteous and jolly he was. We look forward to doing more business with this fantastic company again in the future.

The bus from Leadhills to and from Lanark isn't the most reliable. 6 of us stuck in Lanark one Saturday night because the bus left 10 minutes earlier than it should have. This Saturday the last bus didn't show up again but after speaking with the office they sent another bus to get us home. 90 minutes later than planned but they did pull all of the stops out to get us home. Drivers are always friendly and helpful too. If these buses were used more they would be more reliable and there would be a better chance if the service not being discontinued.

Sometimes turns up..sometimes doesn’t..company have no way of letting passengers know if bus isn’t running or why ie. Via Social media..just need to hope it comes..Drivers are all spot on but company is run by incompetent fools. Timetables on their website are also not updated so trying to find out when they actually run is a nightmare. Seems an easy fix..office could be alerted to reason why bus isn’t running, broken or staff shortage ect then post it on a social media site or website..win win..but that would require thought and possibly someone’s time. Joke of a company especially for us in rural Lanarkshire where buses are scarce anyway. Take the 1Star as meaning 0 stars

Hi what a week I have got your bus every night as I have travel from another bus to St Enoch 's ,as the first bus they arrive all at the same time and when your service bus is running late it's just perfect that in between times get me a pensioner home safe unfortunately at my age I still have to work,and your bus driver Joseph excellent service with the public that traveled on the your bus too 5 star sevice

Hi. The driver is a complete ignorant with no culture.
We had to ask to open the door three times.
The driver continued his monologue.
Why did I get on his bus, why not others, and I should never get on his bus again.
The fact that I don't speak the language well because I've been in Scotland for a year and a half doesn't allow him to call me stupid.
