Shameful service levels, I engaged service of "Be Asute" to assist with sales training, they dismally missed all targets they set for themselves during initial consultation, but still enforce their excessive fees! Their truly awful aggressive style meant our staff members left directly because of their input & manner. Avoid "Be Asute" if you value the future of your business. (Please be warned, all the other older reviews are from "networking partners" of "Be Asute" and not from satisfied clients).

At the end of 2022 I booked in with Julia for a battle planning session, to help put some plans in place for the growth of my business during 2023.

This is something that has become a bit of annual tradition with Julia and quite honestly works well for our business needs. Being a business owner can be quite a lonely place and whilst we always have the best intentions when it comes to growing our own businesses we can quite often being too invested and quite single minded in how our growth will look.

Working with Julia as a business coach has helped us by adding a set of unbiased eyes to our ideas. She loves to poke, prod, ask really probing questions and is completely honest in telling us if any of our ideas are completely terrible. But this is where we really get our monies worth from these sessions. It’s these probing question that really get us to think about where are strengths and weaknesses lie and where are focus should be to achieve the growth we want.

I recently attended Julias "6 Numbers to Run Your Business" masterclass via zoom.

It was a fantastic experience from which I walked away feeling confident in my ability to implement what I'd learned into my own business.

Specifically I felt I'd identified several key performance indicators alongside ways to track them month-to-month. Essentially giving my business a dedicated early warning system if we were looking like we were going to fall short on our goals.
