Our small business has had 2 mentoring sessions with Tom. What can I say, he was absolutely fantastic.
In session 1, Tom took the time to really help us deep dive into our business strategy. His advice and suggestions were spot on and helped us to focus our strategy and how we want to operate which has really helped our business.

We employed Albert Road Consulting to do costly SEO project. After a few months we discovered that our rankings had actually gone down and a random google business profile had been created. We then discovered that our website hadn't been logged onto for months and we were paying a monthly fee of £1,000 for absolutely no work.

We confronted the company and were given a partial refund. We should have been refunded for the whole project. As not only was our time wasted but the time we employed their services it was a huge detriment to our company!

SEO is extremely important to our business and we were disgusted that our business was handled with such lack of care and compassion.
