An excellent service from start to finish in assisting us with our R & D claim, we had a great result after clearly communicating what was required from us to be able to process the claim in its entirety. The initial contact by Randd was unsolicited which led me to be extremely sceptical. I gave them a short time on the telephone to identify their services and explain how it could possibly help our business. Following that conversation, I contacted my own accountant and asked them to research the company and the services they were offering. I also asked whether they could submit a R&D tax credit application rather than going through a third-party company.
My accountant immediately replied and said that they could not offer the R&D services as it is a specialist field of accountancy in which Randd were a reputable company with vast experience.
Based on my own accountant’s recommendation I engaged Randd for the submission of a R&D tax credit claim.
My primary contact was Tracy who patiently and carefully explained the process and what information she required to submit the claim on our behalf.
Following the initial contact, we had a more detailed conversation about the technical aspects relating to our claim. I was pleasantly surprised by her depth of knowledge relating to our project which demonstrated she had undertaken considerable research of her own.
Randd then liaised directly with our accountant to collate information and prepare the R&D tax credit submission for the previous two tax years.
Despite our company being low/none profit making during the two-year period, as a result of the R&D claim we received a substantial cash lump sum which will help our production moving forward.
