My parents have been a client of Informed Financial Planning for well over 15 years and have had excellent service from Gregg Crawford and the team for all of those years. They have been very pleased with the service offered and the recommendations most of the time. They are not perfect, the odd recommendation didn’t go as planned, I’m sure all IFA encounter this, it was quickly resolved to my parents satisfaction though.
My father passed away in 2021 and Gregg and his team were there to assist in sorting out the transfer of investment etc into my mother’s name and made recommendation for changes to investments due to the change of circumstances.
Informed Financial Planning are not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but I feel their fees are fair based on the service they offer. I would recommend them to anyone seeking financial advice
