Not a great experience.
Changed the prearranged survey date at the last minute meaning having to amend work plans to accommodate.
Had to chase the survey drawing 3 times via email and multiple times over the phone before they were issued (with errors) and then reissued.
Invoice was sent requiring immediate payment on the same date.
Misunderstandings over the quoted costs meant the final value was not what I was expecting.

HA Consulting Engineers have done a fantastic job, producing high quality Calculations and Drawings for our kitchen extension. The drawings are very clear and detailed, which makes the construction quick and avoids any potential conflicts during the build.
The few question that I did have were answered on the day so that the builders could continue the work.
I will be recommending HA Consulting Engineers to other people and hopefully will work with them again in the near future.

On behalf of the Northwood Norwich team we would like to thank HA Consulting for the outcome of a recent house survey they carried out for us on a property in Ipswich.
Buyers of the property had their own Home Buyers Report done on the property which suggested the property was in danger of collapse due to subsidence. Obviously the buyers were put off by this so I suggested to the vendors they have a proper structural survey carried out and recommended they use HA Consulting.
HA Consulting provided an extremely thorough and detailed report which proved the minor cracks in the wall were not subsidence and simply a collapsed drain which was easily and cheaply repaired by the vendor.
The vendor and the buyers were very pleased with all the work carried out by HA Consulting, the sale went through without further issues and we can’t thank HA Consulting enough.
We look forward to continuing working with HA Consulting in the future and wish them remarkable success for the future.
