I have worked with Nikky for nearly two years and went to her with a goal that i wasn't sure was even achievable. I have competed 3 times in the last 18 months, and 6 weeks ago stepped on the the British Final stage with the UKBFF with 22 other beautiful women on my 3rd show ever. I never thought that was possible for me to achieve.

I believe that every prep has its challenges and i have certainly had mine, but one thing that has given me strength and motivation is to have Nicky backing my corner. She has been a source of inspiration, motivation, and support. Her knowledge, understanding and experience in exercise, nutrition, and competition, is clearly evident. She has supported me and been there every step of the way and now I truly value our friendship. I respect and value her thoughts and opinions.

She has provided me with a taylor-made, bespoke programme that is individual for how my body works and responds. She is a truly multi-talented lady that can also design and create the most beautiful bikinis that fit like a glove!!!

I am forever thankful and appreciative to Nikky for restoring some faith and confidence in me personally and being ultimately an inspiration for the hard work and dedication that she provides to her athletes .
