I have directly worked for Sam running a Goat dairy unit and can and will happily share and show all reports and evidence of Sam Kelly's direct inhumane and unethical treatment of staff members and livestock aswell as taking advantage of people's wellbeing and good nature. One farm Sam kelly is involved with has had its issue since day 1 of Sam kelly being involved. I worked 80+ hours a week and was not uncommon to work 98hrs a week on a salary. I was also never able to take holiday due to having to be on site to milk morning and afternoon. I would work from 4:30AM and could still be there on site until gone 21:00 and be back in the morning again to do it all over Because Sam seems to think that is completely normal working practices(the only reason i continued to do this was because of my love for the animals and for the welfare and wellbeing of livestock and my one member of staff i was fortunate enough to have. He use to use hoof trimmers who would stand on the necks of goats to trim their hooves because Sam kelly and the owner are so detached from the state of the farm that I had to rebuild eveything. I changed hoof tirmmers because they never bought a brace or the proper kit for someone to actually conduct hoof trimming(they ended up jot paying them after they came and done the whole herd) they had numerous problems with paying Daws who also left due to their inability and time wasting. Put it this way for over 5 years same has been involved with oakenford goats. in 1 year I got the bulk tank and parlour that was never serviced or maintained working properly and serviced along with creating a maintenance programme(Sam never thought of this) a dairy unit with no parlour or bulk tank maintenance or services being carried out. So you can imagine the state of the parlour from a man who has over 20 years experience in the industry couldn't solve the most basic problems on a dairy farm. Tvc and bactoscans through the roof, which I corrected and as Sam said "I have no idea how you've done that" they had 26% lame and I got that down to 2% within a week without culling any. I corrected the tvc and bactoscans, got the parlour working and the herd health in good check. They offer a caravan that is an Occupational health hazard as it is infested with rats just like the whole farm. Sam kelly thinks this to be acceptable. Because the laptop class have never done a day's work in their life they have no idea how anything works in terms of reality. I told him to come in and do what he claims by the end of it. Sam always says running a 500+milking herd with an unmaintained and neglected farm is a one person job. The minute he had to come in to do what he preaches. he called in help because he knows its a two person job and cut the cameras so I couldn't see how a man with 20 years of experience in the industry doesn't know what to do when given the reigns. weak men who are deceitful liers who only care for lining their own pockets are why the dairy industry has its problems. people get involved with things they know not what they do and the knock on effect is the staff suffers greatly as I did and the animals in the end suffer. And Sam continues to spread his corruption and fill his greed. The reason why so many fail is because the auditors have failed and have allowed truly terrible men to deceive others into their corporate filth.. like I said making money unethically is incredibly easy and using your position to abuse others is a despicable act. He can do all that and I get labelled with the gross misconduct for calling them out. But they can continue to cause suffering through corruption and humanewashing. Sooner or later the next generation will realise the mistakes of their fathers who killed the dairy industry through corporate greed and self centered serving narsoscitic people.

He fired me under the gross misconduct approach but actually called me in during our meeting for payrises and then fired me on the spot Because a weakman can't handle being told truth.
