I had my first coaching session with Becky yesterday, and it exceeded all my expectations! I had never tried outdoor coaching before, but Becky made everything easy by sending all the details in advance, even including a weather forecast—such a thoughtful touch.

We met at the beach, and the session started with making a fire and preparing hot chocolate while Becky explained more about her role. The experience was so immersive, engaging all my senses, and I felt connected to every moment. As we discussed my goals and what I wanted to focus on, the time flew by. Becky is an incredible listener, fully engaged, and the natural setting added something special.

I have now had a few sessions with Becky and would definately recommend. Her expertise and professionalism shines through in her communication before the sessions via email and throughout the experience and afterwards.
What to expect...
Our sessions are based at Hardwick Park and involve a walk around the park while we chat. I love walking so this is perfect! We stop half walk to discuss some key priorities and strategies to help me as individual which will benefit my business. I then set targets in a workbook provided by Becky for me to action and review at a later date.
I have found the experience really enjoyable and helpful. She is an authentic and kind person with a good sense of humour. I look forward to our next session.
