Highly recommend !! My initial conversation with Rob (company director) was very smooth, he was very patient, helpful and understood my needs. He then recommended Richard, who is a financial adviser/planner. Richard took his time to listen to our needs, situation and also recommended financial advice through a review.

Richard made the whole process easy and very clear, there was no confusion and we were given plenty of time to ask questions along the way. We felt confident and reassured through the whole time.

I have been with TPD for approx 20 years. Rob Angel and the team had always given me good advice on saving for my pension. My husband moved across to them around 10 years ago after the policy he had was dormant and there was no investing. They have now invested his money for his pension too. Now that we have reached pensionable age, I have draw downs and my husband had a temporary pension when he needed it and now saving again whilst he works.

Rob annually does a review with us about our wishes and lets us know what is happening at all time. I am very cautious so my money does not grow as quickly as my husband who is less cautious than me, so they are invested differently.

At the moment Rob is about to sort out Powers of Attorney, which again we have been given advice for. We call Rob at any time or leave a message if it is out of office time and know when he is in he will get back to us. We know he is always willing to explain anything we do not understand. As far as I am concerned TPD has always been friendly, professional and I would suggest people try them. Thanks Rob and TPD x
