Really poor experience as a result of erroneous advice ending up costing us money which they refuse to acknowledge or compensate. Have gone elsewhere: found better, cheaper and far more pleasant.

Numerous calls and emails, escalated to a manager and still can't get a callback to rearrange our recertification visit. This was cancelled by Isoqar due to staff changes but clearly no plan in place and no customer care.

will never use this company again , just paid invoice for ^ months during the lock down period in 2020. we sent e-mails cancelling the contract due to covid 19 .. i have to give star which i begrudge giving.
