I’m not big on doing reviews but credit where credit is due …… I HIGHLY recommend Edd Ranford. I had quite a unique situation when I was looking to get a mortgage and was also annoyingly indecisive and naive during the process - amending my mortgage multiple times and always asking questions and changing my mind about things. He was super patient and understanding, always communicated quickly and clearly and I knew I could completely trust his excellent knowledge. I am beyond thankful to Edd for his help.
