Inspection was arranged two weeks ago and carried out at the required date. Chloe was very pleasant on arrival at house and explained exactly what she would do.

Visit was short, with Chloe explaining that a piece of remedial work was required, which she would arrange. Chloe also asked a few questions regarding my tenancy.

Follow-up email came next day confirming what the works were and how this would be dealt with.
