I contacted Lùths about my ground source heating installation project on a recommendation after a previous bad experience with another supplier, which had left me with half-finished work and redundant equipment. Dan Gates was easy to communicate with, responded quickly to my initial questions, then came and spent a few hours doing a thorough appraisal of the situation. We had ground source heating installed by Luths Services. I was actually shocked at how nice they were to deal with. I freely admit i can be a picky customer and nitpicker but credit where its due they were flexible with myself with project changing decisions (by myself i might add which held things up) and they were never awkward about it. Very nice to deal with and im very happy with the installation. Would recommend this company to people who are looking for a flexible, nice company to deal with.
