From initial survey and contact with Chris ( Management ) to Evan ( Trades ) I would highly recommend. Evan was amazing!! Really hard worker, professionalism and just a really nice guy. All rubbish cleared and clean up after Damp Proof Course.. Many thanks Evan pleasure meet you.. John

We had Evan and Robin tanking and treating timbers this week.
What a fantastic job the lads have done .High quality work from the lads and so tidy as well even at the end of each day .
In fact by the time they had finished on the Friday you couldn’t actually tell they had been in .
If I could give more than five stars I would.
Would not hesitate to recommend Richard and starling in the future.

Rob and Mike from Richardson & Starling were great when I recently had woodworm treated in my roof and adjoined garage & utility room roofs. They explained what they were going to do and laid plastic wherever they were going to be walking so there was no mess or inconvenience at all. An excellent service from start to finish from office staff, surveyor to operatives, I would highly recommend them.

Mike and Bellamy were fantastic. Friendly, professional, they went out of their way to be helpful. Both guys very sympathetic to my concerns regarding upheaval/noise/mess. They completed the job very quickly and their clean-up afterwards was amazing! Really exceptional tradesmen, can't recommend them highly enough - perfect team for any autistic households.

I simply cannot recommend Richards and Starling (Dumfries) highly enough. Whether it was Paige showing great patience and assistance when addressing my calls and emails, Craig the surveyor who helped spot a myriad of issues that we were not aware of, or Mike and Kevin who went above and beyond whilst on-site, the whole team were fantastic and a pleasure to work with.

Work was carried out by Evan and Mike.Very pleased with their work,they were very polite and efficient, explained anything I needed to know.great job of cleaning up as well.
Plastering was down to a great standard, also very tidy and cleaned up afterwards. I'd certainly use this company again.
