I took this to go see Taylor, and I was very disappointed with the service. First, they decided to change the pick up time, this left hardly any time to find their seats, get in, get food, drink or Merch. Some of us nearly missed Paramore because of this.

The bus parked way too far away from the venue, this should have been told online. There were plenty of spaces on the road which the bus could have parked but they were very far away. There were no Happybus staff at the venue (which there should have been) maybe have a meet up point so people do not get lost?

The bus coming home was utterly freezing too, it was warm going there but not coming back.

Lots to improve on.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. The bus took over 3 hours to arrive after the concert, the staff were aggressive and threatening towards the customers. We were told the whole time that the bus was nearby but was having trouble turning around, just down the street. I suspect there was no bus ready at all, as the traffic soon cleared but no bus was to be seen.

Ed Sheeran was amazing, but this totally killed the concert buzz. Not even a hint of a refund either, probably the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with.

Awful, worst customer experience I’ve ever had. I’ve only used Happy Bus twice and each time it has been really bad.

The first time was at T in the Park which happy bus blamed on T in the Park organisers. So we waited until buses could leave. Although we had booked the early bus, happy bus staff didn’t check who should leave first as per their bookings. People who had just arrived for the late bus got taken away whilst those who had been there early were left behind. 9 hours we waited with only 1 bottle of water each given to us after about 5 hours.

More recently I thought I would try again, it must have got better, right? It’s been years since the T in the Park fiasco. This time it was for a concert return from Edinburgh to Hampden. Only 1 bus turned up to take hundreds of people to Glasgow. No happy bus staff were there. No one knew what was going on or if more buses were coming. The driver advised the group waiting that the motorway had been closed. We only found out by talking to other people who had been told. We had to desperately make other arrangements on the day and pay again for transport to Glasgow! Happy Bus said other buses did arrive late but so far have not provided any additional information when I have asked. I spoke to lots of people at the concert who said no buses turned up.

I was told both times to email with my complaint. Each time, excuses were made. Lies told. No refunds or compensation given. No apologies made.

0 stars, absolute waste of money.

Bought tickets for Foo Fighters, lack of communication is shocking. Not mentioning bus times had changed etc. Missed the departure bus in the afternoon because times had changed but never thought to contact to let us know. Had to make our own way down. Only way we found out was on our own and communication between customers and the staff are non existent in my eyes, only when money is involved do they make an effort to get in touch. Other than that customers are on their own. Especially after paying extra to exchange tickets and not receiving them, despite having contacted company in a reasonable amount of time. More expenses were paid out on our behalf due to this. Probably spent more on travelling down to the venue than the actual concert tickets cost. Not happy. Absolute disgrace of a company and if I could give this zero stars I would. Definitely not using again. Abysmal.

Absolute shambles of a company I would not recommend anyone take the happy bus as it put a right downer on our evening!! Bus arrived on time however was already half full so no space for everyone waiting leaving half of us stranded. Thanks to a local taxi company we finally managed to get through just in time for the concert. On the way home we found the bus but weren’t allowed on as we had got a taxi through - spoke to staff who were as much use as a chocolate teapot and had no clue what was happening said a taxi back would be up to a 3 hour wait luckily they found us a bus sooner 🤬

Terrible service. Booked 5 seats for me, my husband, and 3 teenage kids, to avoid driving 3 hour journey home late after concert as I was working next day, spending over £200. Thought it would allow me to relax, instead was faced with a bus of drunk people who were drinking and vaping on the bus. Got us to gig over an hour after it started and missed the first act. Waited over an hour afterwards before we left to go home and was subjected to awful rave music being played at full blast and dint get home until after 4.30am. When I complained they said “I don’t know what to say…. Sorry you had to go to work very early after a very late concert “. Customer service - 0 stars

Used the return shuttle bus from ed Sheeran back into Glasgow centre. Understandably there is a train strike on but absolutely a lack of communication. We did get back to our hotel in Glasgow centre but 3 hours after the concert had finished. Disappointing experience

Will never use this company again!! Used to go to Ed Sheeran concert last night and left waiting on bus home. None at pick-up point for Edinburgh and told it would be there in 10 mins, 25 mins etc etc, but 3 hours later!!!! Left freezing in street and staff were rude, threatening and attacked one of the customers, even shouting she would ‘rag doll her down the street’, police called after attack. Was a total joke of a company 😡 and not even an apology!! Don’t use this company as you have no guarantee of getting home, or the service you pay for.
