A great service from beginning to end. Eddie listened to my wishes and views, made some great suggestions and included me at every stage. Eddie led the process engaging directly with other professionals, contractors and the occupying tenant to identify and deliver the most efficient and effective intervention. For an office building in Middlesborough the recommended solution involved installing solar panels on a south-facing pitched roof, which also greatly reduced the building running costs for the tenant. Aside from providing technical expertise and strategic guidance he was meticulous in his dealings with all parties to ensure the works were executed smoothly. He attended site to iron out any details as required and remained attentive to close out all issues to completion.
