Very unreasonable, Received a phone call after asking for advice, as I didn’t have the name of my architect i was told “okay contact us once you’ve got an architect”, sorry but I'm asking for advice on what to do for knocking down a load bearing wall after being told I need a structural engineer to do a survey, not to be pushed to one side instantly as I don’t have the details of my architect, very unprofessional and very unreasonable.
