I called for a quote and was given a reasonable price, my time ran out and had to request another quote which came back at more than double the price. I called to question this, and although the girl was incredibly polite I had serious trouble getting replies and information and reasons behind the quote. When I finally got through I was greeted with a "Hiya" when the phone was answered, I asked why nobody had been in contact when I was promised someone would be on more than one occasion. Then the girl stated that the other girl had in fact emailed be back and called me. which was categorically untrue, when I said this was not the case her reply was " listen we've got proof it in her sent box so she has sent it. Unhappy at basically being branded a liar I said "excuse me who do you think your talking too. I am a customer trying to make a booking" to which her reply was "listen im no here to be talked to like this ill just put you through to my manger". I literally could not believe what I was hearing, what an unprofessional woman. I wanted to go with this company because they were local however after that utter farce that was a phone call ill definitely be looking elsewhere. what an utter shambles.

After receiving a call back from the manager a satisfactory outcome has been achieved and as fairs fair ill up my rating from from a 1 star to a 3 star.

I was on a rennies coach today 10/06/2019 for a trip to the Glasgow Transport museum and then on to the Doubletree Hilton in Queensferry for a meal. We were then taken back to Rosyth for our drop off point. Most of the passengers were elderly. After the lady driver (didn't get her name) parked up we all stood up to get off. She then started the bus up again to repark. As a result one of our elderly gentlemen passengers fell on to another elderly passenger. Thankfully nobody was hurt but that elderly gent could have easily broken a hip. I was so upset that I told the driver about it and told her that she should have got all of us to sit down before she moved the bus. She said that she told us that she was moving the bus but I didn't hear her and I was near the front. That's not the point, I'm sure that was illegal and I told her. She did apologise though but the thought of what could of happened is awful.

Room between seats is quite small but the bus was in wonderful condition and the drivers Bill and Blare were brilliant. Would definitely recommend.
