I signed up for a 4 week introductory ladies course in January of this year. From the moment I nervously walked through the door I was made to feel welcome and at ease. I wanted to join to improve my fitness but what I got is so much more. I’ve made friends with other ladies that joined with me and just before me and I feel part of a bigger community. After graduating my course I decided to join in the ladies training sessions. The coaches and the other ladies in the group are all really supportive, friendly, encouraging, and training is fun.
If you’re looking for something to challenge yourself I cannot recommend this club highly enough.

I did my first trial of Kickfit/Fitlab (fitness classes rather than Kickboxing) about 18 months ago after recommendation from a friend. I was extremely nervous and really unsure, but I went to give it a go as I have always liked to try to keep fit but found the Gym so boring and I wanted to find something that I could actually enjoy going to. I am so thankful to my friend for recommending I try FKSDA, it is literally the best place. The coaches are brilliant, so down to earth, supportive and friendly, as are all the class attendees. It really feels like a little community, or even a family. I’m so grateful to be part of it. Finally I can work out and actually enjoy it, there’s always a few laughs too. Thank you Fife Kickboxing for providing this really amazing place!

Rory spent the week at Fife Kickboxing Summer Camp, I was apprehensive as in the past he has not responded well to this type of thing. Well, that all changed after day 1. He had the best week ever! He mixed and made new friends, his confidence grew, in his words ‘it was awesome, the best week ever!’.
I have paid the same if not more for things like this in the past and Rory has not wanted to go back, or has complained he was bored. This by far is absolute value for money, there were 3 day trips in the week, trips to the local park, arts and crafts, and tons of games and a movie ‘night’ where the kids were allowed to bring PJs, snacks, pillows etc. It was wonderful sending him off everyday with no worries and knowing that he was coming back happy. Staff were absolutely brilliant! We were updated with photos regularly throughout the day, and a post in the evening of the days events. Communication via the group chat was great, staff responded promptly to any questions we had. Would highly recommend and would definitely do this again. Jamie, Craig, Derryn, thank you so much for a wonderful week! (Thank you to any other staff/volunteers that were on hand this week)

This is a great family friendly place.
I started going here as a way to get fit, and a few months later my son joined as well.
It has improved his confidence and he now goes to two classes a week.

The staff here are great, they are friendly, and they take the time to help as best they can, making the classes challenging and enjoyable. I always leave feeling like I've had a workout and that I've learned something.

Can’t recommend FKSDA highly enough. Right from the start they have been great with my son and he absolutely loves it. Staff are great with him and watching him develop both physically and mentally has been great to watch. His confidence has grown and after what had been a few hard years for my son their influence has done him wonders. Absolutely worth the money with various options available for all and a warm and welcoming family feel to the place!

I initially joined fife kickboxing 5 years ago attending their kick fit classes only. 2 yrs ago, i signed up to their ladies only kickboxing classes. I absolutely love the encouragement this club offers. It's given me so much confidence and my fitness levels have been the very best they've ever been. I'm proud to be a part of such a family oriented club.

Been going to this brilliant family friendly martial arts club for 5 years. They have something for everyone! Fitness only, kids, teens, adult and women only classes. My son started a year ago & loves it.
