Another poor review. Despite paying the shortfall to my previous mortgage provider and contacting Your Conveyancer before the completion date, they have now missed the deadline so I am accruing interest on a higher rate with my old mortgage whilst I wait to complete. I have done all the to-ing and fro-ing with my old and new provider. Communication is poor, responses to the online portal system slow. Next time I will go with an independent mortgage broker and local solicitor- so fed up dealing with these big companies that offer an impersonal and disinterested service.

I wish I'd read the reviews before I signed up!

It's taken many weeks of chasing my remortgage paperwork, plus they were about to wrongly sign me up to an early repayment charge, which I had to correct.

I'm now days away from having to pay variable rate payment on my old mortgage because this company didn't send the right documents to me in time. I'm a single parent with two young kids, this situation was entirely avoidable & no fault of my own.

The stress is blooming awful.

another bad review … I don’t normally give bad reviews in Google but do for this one. They have poor governance. The case manager can only reply emails, this means if any questions or confusions cannot be solved by a phone call as effective way. Their help desk has tried but is not really working. Does anyone know a complaint process for this?
