I have now been to 3t twice for training courses. Both times the service and staff have been fantastic. All the instructors are super knowledgeable and helpful. Facilities are really good and there are hotels nearby etc

Only two starts because of a few issues.

Don’t get your medics from here!

The doctor Rosemary promised me a full 2 year cert if I returned with a signed letter from my dentist regarding my denture plate and tooth, I returned the next day but she refused to talk to me and refused to update the medical.

I went to MCL Medicals the following day and got a full two year cert from them and the Doctor said it looks like I was discriminated against by the doctor or perhaps the doctor just wanted me back to gain more money from me for the company…

I completed a course and it took a week to get my certificates as it was passed down to Newcastle and sealed to of got lost. Which meant I loser out on just under £5000 as my trip was canceled for not providing my certs in time :/

Apart from these two issues the staff are great, Caitlyn the receptionist can’t be more helpful 🙂

Lectures are super friendly with interesting facts which help you remember certain parts of the course.

Meals were filling and you had a selection of juice during meals or Starbucks coffee as and when wanted.

Just a shame the doctor let us down. I need to complete two more courses but unfortunately I am off else where as these two issues have left a bad impression.

“SINCE THIS” another delicate from my course was issued a 3 month cert from Rosemary however upon going to another centre he was issued a full 2 year medical… somethings definitely up with the doctor…

Completed first offshore survival course package last week. BOSIET, EBS, CA-EBS, Medical, Fit, Shoulder Measurement, Norwegian escape chute, MIST. 3 days the final 2 days for MIST with another instructor.

Good fun, presentation heavy but then they have to abide by OPITO standards.

Parking was a bit of an issue until I realised there is an overflow car park on the right before you get to Survivex.

Facilities were brilliant, clean and tidy. Induction has a walk around so you know where everything is.

Free lunches and cheap for breakfast. Food was mostly good and even when it wasn’t so good - still better then a lot of cafes.

Survival suits for training we’re lucky of the draw, some have small holes that fill up with water unfortunately - a down side of the number of times they are used for training. My one was particularly bad and probably should be repaired or withdrawn but most peoples were fine.

Very nervous as not able to swim. However, was still great fun and the instructors and especially safety divers were brilliant and helpful.

Highly recommend!!
For being nervous, if I had another survival suit I’d easily have went though it again for the fun of it!!

Training centre and instructors are top class however awaiting certificates for courses carried out has become a joke, I'm a month waiting for certificates and I was self sponsored and currently seeking work but no certificates to attach to CV to prove completion of courses. Sort it out 3t and don't get too big for your boots plenty of training centres around.

Top class,great instructor,just finished the advanced medical aid an intensive course and it's not easy but Fiona makes it feel like fun, anecdotes and stories, she's just so cool and you will learn a great deal from her, thanks, 3t Training

Only ever been to this facility for my medical.
I was there yesterday for my my my FOET, HUET and CA-EBS refresher training.
I cannot praise the instructors highly enough.
They were knowledgeable, patient, great at calming nerves and also fun.
They are a total credit to the company.
