Andrew and his team took over our tenancy halfway through our stay in London. As soon as the change occured, responsiveness went from disappointing to above expectations. They helped us deal with a heating issue, and operated exceptionally in insulating the discussion between us the tenants and the landlord.

We only left the property because we moved abroad. If we ever return to London, we will without doubt seek Manage My Property for what properties they have available before we go anywhere else.

Any issues that arose on the property were promptly and appropriately dealt with. Always using good tradesman and offering sound advice regarding repairs/ replacements of appliances, also dealing with neighbours on “shared property” issues.

You have always been friendly, professional and approachable. Any request we made such aa occasional property visits were facilitated. In the later years you managed the property while we have been overseas and even helped us to manage the property as we went through the process of selling it.
