Great knowledge and experience given during the training. Paul is a very likeable person and never made the experience dull. Overall a great bloke and had some good takeaways from his session. Paul was insightful and passionate, and provided a huge amount of invaluable information to the sales team which will make a huge difference to the way that they sell moving forward.

There is so much information to cover, and just one day is only enough to scratch the surface! Fortunately, the programme has a 12-week support programme which our team will make use of.

The only suggestion i would make is to include a few more visual queues and supports as not everyone takes on information in the same way!

Brilliant 2 days of Leadership training with Paul. Very direct on how to help the team grow, with some great ideas that I'll be using to gain the best out of each of them. I would recommend this to anyone, that would like an insight on how to deal with all types of leadership, management & coaching.

Paul was a very insightful trainer, it was relatively easy to sign up on short notice.
However, the incessant chasing for payment within 2 working days of invoice being issued and the attitude of some of the team in how they spoke to my finance department was disappointing and really detracted from the experience. You can't expect payment via invoice as a new supplier from small charities within a matter of days! I would suggest encouraging credit card payments only for last minute sign ups as the whole payment process has been awful.

Paul contacted me through LinkedIn and I quickly understood that I could benefit from his training. What I liked the most about Paul's approach is that it feels "tailor-made". The course is very relaxed and not just "delivered". You can sense that Paul is trying to make a difference in my approach to selling with a step by step guide - I almost want to say "mentoring" - (This is what works for me best). Overall, I can't recommend Think Selling Sales Training enough. And to top it all, it's excellent value for money!!
