I recently booked STEP for a work event for approximately 80 people and so glad I did. I have had nothing but glowing reviews from my colleagues.

STEP is a good central location, with plenty of parking. The space was lovely, comfortable, a great setup with many different sizes of rooms and up to date facilities. Plus, it was really modern and clean.

The food was fantastic. Everyone loved the refreshment station which was topped up throughout the day, the tasty and freshly baked pastries on arrival and afternoon tea box we choose for lunch from the catering menu. Which was something different for our colleagues and treat.

And finally, all the staff at STEP. They are incredibly welcoming, friendly, and really helpful whenever we needed a hand with anything. They really made us feel at home in the space.

Leading up to the event, the organisation and communication from the team was excellent and I felt the event was very safe in their hands.

I cannot wait to use the space again for our next work event.

Always easy and simple booking process - the team go out of their way to accommodate any requests. Facilities are clean and modern, with a large choice of well maintained rooms. We have a varied list of dietary requests and these are catered to with no issues. STEP is always on out list of go to venues!

What a fantastic venue! We filmed in the Theatre Conference room and it was a lovely bright space. Nothing was too much of an ask for the team that works at STEP and they were all so welcoming, friendly and helpful! Would highly recommend this space for a meeting, conference, filming or any other project!

We use STEP for our induction training and can't find fault with anything.

The rooms are always well set up, clean and have everything you need. Nothing is ever a bother, and the refreshments are amazing. I have never had poor feedback about anything in regard to the venue.
