I had to re-write a letter that was poorly worded, poorly spelled and grammatically incorrect. When I sent it back to them they charged me a £100 for it. They quoted me several different prices and then changed their minds about the final bill and added an extra £100 to it. They continued to put the wrong name on all the correspondence between myself and my ex-wife. I felt this was a very poor service and would not recommend it to anyone. Feel ripped off and question what I actually was paying for.
