They ask you to say " no comment" while your arrested after being accused of assaulting a neighbour. A neighbour who has harassed and stalked for over 4 yrs, sits in his flat retired and concocts stories. Police believe his twisted lies and thump on every window of my ground floor flat while i sit inside with curtains shut. Neighbour is recording me on their phone when i return home from work and he is waiting for me as he has cctv. I was fed up of the harassment and tried to take his phone. I would have admitted to this if I had the chance to do that. The man continually harassing and the housing officer did nothing, police also, and still they do nothing! Ive a load of video on the police, council officers too. The solicitor while Im accused says through the intercom the promise of ""we will sort this for you" then through months of correspondence lead you along until the end and stitch you up along with the defence..... as what they did to myself. Showing me cctv with a defence witness at my side (CID officer as a witness for defence). 15 mins before Trial... and the solicitor representing my case saying to me "it looks like you did it". Isn't this "coersion" ? This is a review to warn others of their shoddy work.

If using legal aid avoid these at all costs. Didn’t even bother showing up for me in court today. Then attitude was “well your not paying for this” - not the point. They get paid the same through legal aid . Don’t settle for these cowboys, just cause in unfortunate position u need legal aid.
