Well when I went there you know ... the CEO, David Redpath gave me a tour of the place and the offer of delicious tea (made with mineral water) and Kit-Kat biscuits but I'd declined. He was showing off the huge rooms on the lower floor and nobody could be anything but impressed, I was put in the Library but it was a one-off and a large, portly, elderly woman appeared saying that these books were out of date and the public weren't allowed in there, she'd come to see me out. I was frog marched out and she said out of the half open front door, "... and don't ever come back!" (Slamming the door shut as hard as she could). Well another day I asked to speak with their previously friendly CEO and he'd sent down a message that he was 'a busy man and had better things to do". So I'd gathered that I'd been mistaken for someone who had been invited there, instead of being just a common gate crashing punter. But visitors were all highly impressed by these people and handing in letters to their secure mailbox. Maybe they'd had a building tour and all the extras but many are told they're not welcome to visit there. So it's anybody's guess who actually does get in and who is told to get lost. A TikToker claiming to be in the year 2028 has shared an eerie video in which he appears to be the last person left on Earth, Javier might have visited Glenrothes CARF's downstairs offices, large spacious white rooms, former factory office spaces, white walls, black swivel chairs and a very relaxed atmosphere. Nobody is at the computers that are running with the screens fully on, just nobody there. Where are they all? Well it's a strange place. A charity ... lots of money to throw around ... but every penny stubbed out like a cigarette on the service users who complain that these Citizen's Advisers are unkind to some and over generous to others. This is a nasty place for some, a complaint about their staff to Julia Menzies got the reply: "Excuse me? I think I know My staff better than you!" and the complaint was ignored - in fact the complaint was described as an 'inappropriate comment' by their other Complaint Handling people. So this is a place that some are very fond of and others find quite unpleasant.

I didnt even know CAB had moved from the saltire center. But... it wasnt very clearly marked out, didnt know where I should park etc, I ended up at the back door/staff entrance but, at least, someone let me in, then had to walk miles(or felt like it) to get back to my car.
