I attended Gareth's 90 day plan workshop. It was really insightful and very helpful. We were guided through a process, isolating what were our long term goals and what were our 90 day goals. A few simple charts and explanation gave me much more clarity about what I should be spending my time doing. Also we were shown how projects should be broken down to manageable tasks, making goals seem much more achievable with some simple techniques. The course was incredibly motivating and I would thoroughly recommend.
