Can't recommend Matt enough!

We just bought our first property thanks to Matt and we're honestly so chuffed. As first time buyers things have been a bit scary, daunting and overwhelming but Matt has been a trusted friend, confidante and advisor, guiding us every step of the way for a seamless experience! It's been so reassuring working with Matt - he's on your team and really wants to help and is not just in it for a quick buck. Highly recommend working with Matt!!!

I bought a top floor cottage through Matt who sourced it, introduced me to a solicitor to buy it, managed the renovation to a high standard and helped get a tenant in..... all in just over 2.5 months.

I unfortunately had a leak in December as the flat had no heating on in the cold months, and Matt got someone there within an hour to sort it all out. Top gent.
