Yesterday between Louth and Grimsby I met your very big coach on a bend on a country road. I met the coach almost head-on on my side of the road travelling at high speed. The speed was totally unsuited to the road and the reckless manner of driving unsuited to any road. I had to slam the brakes on and come to a full stop to avoid being demolished by this enormous coach. If you contact me I can give you the exact time and location.

One of their buses hit my car, despite requesting their cctv and requesting multiple callbacks from their fleet manager, they don't bother and then leave you with losses as their insurer never admit liability. Terrible company behind a thin fascia of helpfulness on the phone can only assume they stitch up customers this way too.

Our driver Stephen is an absolute (please pardon my french) piece of work. He has refused to clean the toilet even though it is his duty for several days now. My associates and I are rather disappointed in the way this companies drivers hold themselves. Furthermore his attitude is pitifully low constantly. In conclusion we will no longer be associating our selves with P.C. Coaches of Lincoln Ltd.

I work near to PC COACHES Louth depot, I do not use them but I can say their drivers are always courteous on the road and they seem to be kept in first class condition (the coaches that is!).
