I wasn’t in the best place when I started Ryan's programme, to say the least. I knew all the things I wanted and the things I should be doing but I did not have the self-confidence to start. I was overweight, sick, and my eating habits were terrible.
My goals were to get fit, get a good body, consistently show up to the gym and get to a better place mentally. I wanted to be a new version of myself, and Ryan has helped me start achieving this
I always had a Lack of self-confidence to attend the gym and get started but Ryan made me dissolve that fear, not by making me feel comfortable but by neutralising the discomfort, and now that fear has gone.
I enjoy showing up to the gym now and it’s become fun and part of my routine. Ryan isn’t just a PT, he is also a life coach and has a way of getting you to perceive negativity and discomfort in a different way, truly astonishing.
I found Ryan on google maps and decided to start training with him because his programme was set up professionally, he had great reviews, and the training programme was like a contract holding me personally responsible for my own success, which was the perspective I needed to understand that It’s down to me to achieve these goals.
I started to notice a change in the mirror after a month after being consistent with the training. Ryan showed me how to track my diet properly and told me what and when to eat to start seeing the results from the gym and the results are astonishing.
Ryan has pushed me hard throughout my training and calls out my negativity and excuses, which has helped me become stronger both physically and mentally. He has helped me discover hidden negative traits and habits which were holding me back from my goals in the gym and outside of the gym, through his coaching calls.
I was in a personal health crisis and Ryan suggested multiple times that we should dig deeper into some past trauma which caused the health issues, I was going to be going back into hospital and I though what the heck, let’s do the coaching calls and dig into the trauma. I was desperate by this point, and I thought, I might as well try it. After years of dealing with this disease and getting nowhere, after 2 coaching calls, I had dodged the hospital and was in remission and I am still, to this day. The method Ryan uses is powerful and if you are struggling mentally or with a chronic disease which is stress and trauma related, I would highly recommend doing some coaching calls with Ryan. I continue to this day doing one coaching call a week and it is transforming me, every session there is a eureka moment. I would never have believed that mental health could have such an effect on my physical health, but these coaching calls changed that and ultimately my whole perspective of life, how I perceive stressful situations and make decisions.
I have achieved many goals since training with Ryan, but this is just the start for me. I already see a big transformation of my appearance and mental state, which is driving me now to train harder. I understand it takes time and consistency therefore I will be continuing to train with Ryan into the future & continuing to explore other past traumas through his coaching calls
If you had asked me this time last year, I would never have thought in a million years I’d be where I am today. I am excited for life now instead of being fearful of it.
I truly believe that God put Ryan in my path, I can’t thank Ryan enough for the fantastic work we have achieved so far.

Before starting with Ryan the term lost was an understatement, i was stuck in a extremely bad rut and was looking for a way out. At the time the only goal I had was to bring myself back up to a normal level mentally then to pursue a physical change but never really had a clear idea on what I wanted.
After seeing Ryans stories about mindset coaching and PT sessions and seeing the end results, it was a no brainer. Counselling never really worked for me long term and Ryan's approach was forcing me to look at different aspects which is something numerous counsellors never attempted Ryan's approach was something that worked for me and allowed me to rise mentally to a much better level.
Within 4-6 weeks the changes were already starting to show through - stress levels reduced / sleep improved / weights started to go up / healthy and substantial meals became a standard.
All the time working with Ryan it never felt scripted, throughout the months working with Ryan It was as though I was talking to a pal who listened and told you how it was and how it can change while helping me to achieve my goals and push me beyond failure in the gym.
Without a doubt Ryan is the absolute best! a combined mindset and PT based programme was a absolute game changer for me, it is without a doubt one of the best choices I've made. If you are unsure about making the jump you will always question yourself if you should of done it or not. With his mindset and PT coaching you are guaranteed an outcome without a doubt

What brought you to this mindset session?
I felt unable to move past an unfortunate event in my life. No matter how much I tried. I just couldn't find anything positive about the situation.

I would definitely recommend a mindset session with Ryan ! Even if you don't know you need it ! I had no idea the way that I was coping with grief was detrimental to my mindset.
What would you say to someone unsure about trying a mindset session?
It doesn't hurt to try ! Things can only get better once you talk about them. I'm very thankful for Ryan approaching me and identifying that he could possibly help with sone of the things I was struggling with. Like I said, I never knew I needed it !

1. What was your situation when you first started coaching with me?
When I started, I was in a really tough spot mentally. I had just gone through some difficult things at work, and it had taken a toll on me. I had completely stopped working out, and I just didn’t feel like myself anymore. I was looking for something to help me get back on track—physically and mentally.

My main goal was to go to the gym consistently for the main purpose of improving my mental health and start feeling like myself again. Physically, I wanted to rebuild my strength and fitness, but more than anything, I just wanted to be consistent and feel good in my body and mind.

I was overwhelmed and didn’t have the energy or clarity to create a plan on my own. I needed support and accountability to take those first steps to getting back to being consistent.

You had a lot of good reviews and weren’t just focused on physical results—you cared about the whole picture. I could tell you’d be supportive but also push me in the right ways, and that’s exactly what I needed.
5. When did you first start seeing results from our work together and what were they?
Within the first few weeks I noticed I had more energy, and after a few months was starting to feel more like myself again. Physically, my strength started coming back and that really boosted my motivation.
6. What did you like most about working with me?
There was no judgment, just encouragement, support and a solid plan. I always felt like you genuinely cared about how I was doing—not just in the gym but in life too and that made a huge difference.
7. What were your final results? What was your transformation?
Physically, I’ve rebuilt a strong foundation—I’m stronger, fitter, and healthier. Mentally, I feel like myself again. I’ve gained confidence, consistency, and a better relationship with exercise. I’ve come a long way from where I started, and I now have the tools and mindset to keep going. Coaching gave me the reset I needed, and I feel much more in control of my health and well-being.

My experience prior to starting with Ryan was that I largely used free weights when going to gym with very little knowledge on the machines and how to structure a programme. My goal was to rectify these whilst building strength and with Ryan that was achieved and some.
I started working with Ryan after his profile stood out on the board of the local gym - and also looking at the reviews online. And not just the 5* ratings. The quality and time people put into those reviews spoke volumes and I took the plunge.
I saw results instantly. Having used a few PTs across the last few years at other gyms - Ryan has been second to none in terms of the enthusiasm and quality of his training. I’ve found a lot of PTs have generic circuit workouts usually with far too big an emphasis on cardio. Ryan will work with you thoroughly to understand your exact goals and aspirations and tailor your programme to achieving exactly that. His attention to detail with form is invaluable. He’ll ask the right questions to ensure you know you are performing an exercise correctly and feeling the targeted muscle. If you’re not quite feeling it Ryan will always know what to tweak to perfect your form.
I’ve came away feeling far more capable and confident in the gym. I can’t recommend Ryan enough.

When I first started coaching with Ryan, I had just moved with my boyfriend to a new area and struggled to establish a routine. I found it hard to locate a gym that I liked—one that was clean, reasonably close and had a motivating environment. I had the motivation and desire, but it was hard to start. I felt lost, and I didn’t know where to start.
I’ve always wanted to be a gym goer and an active person, and my specific goal is to feel like I am making progress, like I am growing.
The environment, my work schedule, and not knowing where to start held me back.
I decided to start coaching with Ryan because I really enjoyed the sample session that we had. I really liked his brand and I felt like his way of thinking and beliefs really aligned with mine.
I first started seeing results from our work together when I was able to do more in the gym, increase my weights and do more reps. I felt stronger and stopped having lower back pain and my body stopped feeling lame. I started noticing there most probably after the first 5-6 weeks.
I like that Ryan was a highly motivated and inspiring individual and that he practised what he preached. I enjoyed his philosophy and desire to become and also help others become their best self and that wasn’t just physically but also mentally. I enjoyed that he would pick my brain and make me question my ways of thinking and try to develop new new ways so that I could change my perception of my experience. This helped me realize that once you change your perception your reality changes.
I thoroughly enjoyed our hour of the gym sessions as well because I feel like he had a good system and he pushed me to perform my best. I really enjoyed that he would push me to my limits that even I didn’t know was possible.
When I came into this I wanted to become confident and comfortable in the gym, to tone up, to build my glutes and I do feel like I have achieved these things. I have a framework to work upon to go to the gym by myself and understanding proper technique and focusing on the muscle and breathing. I do still have things to work on —my diet isn’t perfect. I still have a lot of questions but I know I have Ryan there when I'm feeling lost.
IÂ feel really sad that I finished coaching because I wish that I could just have Ryan there all the time in my ideal world.
For a long time, I was recommending Ryan’s coaching to my boyfriend and I would recommend to anyone actually. One of the things that pushed me to start was that I was reading a book called Atomic Habits, I realised that it’s the small atomic steps the end of making the biggest difference so I just need to make that step and start and then suddenly your 5 to 6 weeks in and then you’re already seeing progress.
I was on the fence about starting because of the financial aspect and I felt like it was too expensive but ultimately I think for me- what’s the point of saving things? the whole point is to use it to have experiences, make investments, better yourself and the more I thought about it, I was happy to use that money that way because it felt like an investment in myself that I wouldn’t regret.

When I first started with Ryan I had no accountability for a gym routine, lacked structure within workouts and needed help overall. I wanted to feel better mentally and physically as well as build confidence and knowledge in the gym. I had little knowledge on what worked best for myself and needed the push to start and follow through with a workout regime. Ryan stood out to me as the suitable PT to help me achieve my goals as he was not only focused on bettering others physically but also mentally with mindset changes and took the time to understand his clients. It only took the first couple of weeks to start seeing changes, especially mental changes and feeling better in myself. I now feel more confident overall and also more comfortable in a gym with having a workout routine that is structured to suit me. I would recommend Ryan to anyone looking for a PT that is not your standard PT as he offers so much more! If you are unsure about starting with Ryan, I would recommend taking the leap and starting with him as I am so glad that I did!

Had a mindset appointment with Ryan in the hopes of seeing things in a different light and changing how I felt about things I've went through in the past.
Initially I wasn't sure if that was possible after many a failed attempt myself, but Ryan approached me with questions and perspectives on things I'd never thought of before and I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to sit with Ryan open minded as now I have achieved a sense of enlightenment and my eyes are now open.
