It had made me more aware of myself, and how I lead others.

Also, it has made me think about why my staff do what they do and how we can work better together

Leadership affects so many areas of our lives not just in business.

I had the privilege of participating in a half-day Leadership training session conducted by Andy Nisevic of One Degree Training & Coaching. From the outset, Andy's deep knowledge of his subject and extensive experience, and his approachable and relaxed presentation style stood out.

Unlike many trainers, Andy engaged in a meaningful dialogue with us rather than simply delivering information. This not only put us at ease but also facilitated a comfortable environment for asking questions without the intimidating 'jargon' often associated with such sessions.

I recently attended a Resilient Leader training day with Andy and found it to be excellent. The course itself is informative, practical and applicable - and Andy was an excellent trainer. He made the course fun, engaged the whole group, and pushed us without making the experience feel pressured or awkward.
