We were chased by these people for a balance for a client with ludicrous terms and conditions. No one likes a debt collector because they are an vile output of a debt riddled society, but their emails were so unprofessional they were embarrassing to read. Do not use them if you're looking to collect a debt, go for a more professional outfit.
