We had Daron as our driver to our annual ball. He was a great driver and got us to our destination safe and sound. I was taking separate transport back home and Daron was kind enough to have the bus wait an extra 5 minutes to ensure I was not left all alone. Great service, will definitely be using the company again!

Booked with this company so many times before, and did so again yesterday evening for my University Club Ball. Our driver arrived promptly and waited for each member to get on the coach before stop 2. The driver then waited once again and took us safety to our ball. He let us keep our items and rubbish box on the coach, and when it was time for collection, he waited until every member was on and checked. The girls who not travelling by coach were picked up safety before we left. Thank you A-Line coaches!! We’ll be using you again

Despite the bad reviews i booked this company for a ladies day trip to Worcester.was the cheapest out of many companies i was quoted. Driver was on time really nice and made us all feel comfortable he made our morning fun let us put our own music on. Thank you micheal.

Went on a boxing night last night and these guys provided the coach. The coach was immaculate, the driver was really good, he was on time and a real good laugh and kept everyone entertained. Would definitely use again

Horrendous company and rude aggressive coach drivers that pick on women, had abuse from one of there staff as i parking up, plenty of room had hazards on as difficult to see behin as was in a van, he was clearly just stopped in the road but soon as I started to reverse onto the drive he came at me with his nasty bauld ugly face and started yelling at me, avoid this aggressive bully company, miserable git get a life. This company only hures rude moody staff that like ti bully people. I would give zero stars if I could. Stay sway and use a reputable company.

About an hour ago (4.45pm) I was just nearly wiped out by 1 of your drivers and bus, I had to beep and swerve onto the verge of the roundabout as I saw he jumped from the far outside lane to the inside lane which I was in, with no care about other drivers, i then came up beside him due to traffic and wanting to avoid him and saw he was sticking his fingers up. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and unsafe driving, if I hadn't had swerved he was just going to continue to drive over me, no idea if he would've stopped. I have the vehicle reg if you could add a complaint address to your site I would like to let you know what it is so you can take that driver off the road.

Very very bad experience with A-Line. Would never recommend again. Coach driver could not even wait 2 minutes for somebody to come to the coach. The person was stranded at 4am by herself because the coach driver was impatient to wait. This was a horrible experience and jeopardise one of the passenger’s safety by not waiting 2 minutes for them. If we pay for a coach service, we expect them to be empathetic to the passengers, this coach driver was not. It became so bad that two passengers actually had to get off the coach to ensure the safety of the person that was stranded. I would never recommend this again. Please DO NOT choose A-Line coaches.

Rang the company today on behalf of a tenant in the accommodation I work in. The tenant has lost her phone and on find my iPhone it stated it was in the coach depot. I rang to make them aware of this, and asked a simple question to see if they could come and collect it. The man on the phone said he had only just got in the office and knows nothing about a phone. He was extremely rude and his customer service was terrible. It was a simple yes or no question. Never even used the company or heard of it until today but I will definitely never be using it.
