I, as owner of BLE LIGHTING contracted Ella Stockdale over 4 months ago to help with my HR. My experience during this time has been that her service is exceptionally professional in every degree. Calmly patient but deadly specific. We had a very awkward situation with difficult cases on our staff, 3 employees that were purposely trying to make things impossible for the company and trying to turn things to their own unfair advantage. Ella handled each one extremely professionally carefully undoing their plans to try and trap our company into making a mistake so that they could use something against the company in a tribunal. Ella was way ahead of their selfish tactic. She was able to leave them without a chance of winning anything. She is one very smart and extraordinary professional operator. BLE is very thankful of her help and proud of her performance.
