It's always a relief to find a reliable local repair shop, and my recent experience with the iT store in Canterbury was fantastic. My Macbook Pro suddenly decided it no longer wanted to power on, which, as any Mac user knows, can be a stressful situation.

I decided to take it to the iT store, and I was immediately impressed. The young man who assisted me was incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the situation and confidently assured me that he could fix it. What I particularly appreciated was their deposit system. I paid a reasonable £40 deposit, which would be deducted from the final repair cost. This felt like a breath of fresh air compared to the official Apple Store, which quoted me a non-refundable £45 just to take a look at it – a policy I've always found rather unreasonable.

Despite my visit falling just before a bank holiday weekend (which understandably might have caused a slight delay), I received a call a couple of days later informing me that my Macbook was fully repaired. The best part? There were no additional charges beyond the initial deposit! This level of service and transparency is truly commendable.

I wholeheartedly recommend the iT store in Canterbury for any Apple product repairs. Their expertise, fair pricing, and efficient service are outstanding. It's great to have a local business you can trust with your valuable tech.

I purchased a refurbed MacBook Pro and external SSD from IT recently. The experience was excellent and the team couldn’t have been more helpful. No-one was in a rush to sell me anything and I never felt under pressure. Follow up visits for tech advice have been a similarly good experience. Most Apple outlets are staffed by sales people who know a bit about Macs. I T is staffed by people who know a lot about Macs and who are not just focused on the big sell.

HIGHLY recommend The IT Store. Last Monday was the third time they've saved me! This time, my IPhone would not recharge and died a death on Saturday night.
