I visited Milena back in July 2021, I knew I was suffering from Candida, bloated stomach, pain etc. and no weight loss for the past 5 years, despite little sugar within my diet. Milena tested for for my allergies and they were all spot on.

I started eliminating all foods that were contributing to my bloating and upset stomach symptoms.
I also received a detailed plan of various capsules to combat Candida and Vitamins that I was lacking.

This was better well managed with 6 weekly calls showing my progress and discussing next steps, it was very professionally managed throughout and Milena’s motivation was exceptional.

I’m glad to say that with her professional expertise and motivation I was able to start losing weight.

Today is 19th March 2022 and I’m glad to say I have lost 16 lbs and I am looking much more heathy, all thanks to Milena and her clinic.
