Simon is a consummate professional. He is thorough with a high attention focus and deep attention to detail. He's an active and attentive listener which really helps the information transfer. He knows his market and his product set. He goes to great lengths patiently explaining the potential risks and benefits of given scenarios. At first, I had minor issues with the Online Portal but those are IT related and not a reflection on Simon's abilities or skill. Annoying though. I can't say I've had a lot of experience with Financial Planners, but suffice it to say - as my prospects change, I will be calling upon Simon's services again.
