Penderlaw were very helpful and efficient when it came to acting as the solicitor for the sale of my cottage in Port Isaac. In fact, I bought the cottage with them and I found using them for its sale very helpful because they had an easy access to the history of the property and I was familiar with some of their team. Penderlaw have been exceptional when dealing with issues for our family, what makes them distinctive is not so much what they do but how they do it. Penderlaw discovered a significant legal problem with the deeds, which previous purchasers of the development were not aware of. This problem jeopardised the long term security of our ownership of the property which were purchasing. It required Penderlaw to negotiate with the Sellers solicitors to accept the need for a formalised Deed of Variation. Penderlaw were proactive, reassuring, informative and professional during the entire protracted process. We highly recommend Penderlaw.
