I have been doing online coaching with Abbie for around 3 months now. I love the style of workouts Abbie does for me which are strength based but functional training. I never feel bored doing them. She has also made me realise the importance of fuelling your workouts correctly and not under eating. My calories keep going up and my body composition is still changing. I can't wait to see how I improve long term.

I've been with Abbie now since July 2024. I chose Abbie because she has kids herself and can relate to parenthood taking over when it comes to training or when life just gets in the way. Everything is tailored to your own goals.

Abbie is very knowledgeable and the workouts that are planned are challenging even the 30-40 minute blasts!

Abbie knows her stuff!!! If you're looking for someone to help with exercise, nutrition, programs and more, get in touch with her. After our initial phone consultation, she put together a 4 week block of exercise and worked out where I was going wrong with food, nutrition, water and rest & recovery.
Loads of advice, support, contact, feedback and everything you need whether you're a newbie or more experienced. 5 stars without hesitation šŸ‘

I've recently joined Abbie's prenatal programme, and it has been absolutely amazing! It’s everything you’d expect from a well-structured prenatal programme—safe, effective, and incredibly enjoyable. The exercises are tailored perfectly for pregnancy, keeping me active while ensuring I feel comfortable and supported. There's also a great balance of stretching, which has been fantastic for relieving tension and improving flexibility.

What makes this programme even better is that Abbie also provides nutrition guidance, which has been so helpful in making sure I’m fuelling my body in the best way during pregnancy. She’s knowledgeable, encouraging, and truly understands the needs of expectant mums. I couldn’t recommend this programme enough!

I started with Abbie about 6 weeks ago on a post natal plan. Abbie has been hugely supportive and helpful and has taken away any anxieties I had about getting started with exercise after having my 2nd baby. As a post natal specialist and Mum herself, I feel in very safe hands.

Abbie gave me a thorough initial assessment before developing me a plan based on what I can realistically fit in to my week. She checks in with me weekly to see how I am doing but is available anytime for any questions I might have.

Abbie has sorted my diet out no end, I can honestly say I'm never even hungry anymore which is nothing short of a miracle!

I would recommend Abbie to anyone.

I have worked with Abbie for the last 6 months do various different plans starting from beginners to intermediate, she has been nothing but supportive in helping me achieve my fitness goals. Abbie is always easy to get hold of despite her busy life, always at hand to give good advice, and always offers support when struggling with the plan and trys to find ways to overcome them.
The only downside is she likes lunges......šŸ‘€ I do not like lunges, but here we are continuously doing lunges 🤣
On a serious note I would 1000% recommend her to anyone, you won't be disappointed.

Abbie is amazing!! I’ve worked with Abbie twice now (currently still on my 2nd) and have had amazing results! She is so easy to get on with and you can tell Abbie anything and everything! The best PT I have had and the only one that has gotten me results! Also, I will add, Abbie is very cheap and I’d happily pay more as she is amazing at her job ā˜ŗļø xx
